Taekwon-Do Association of England are hosting their Junior & Senior Championships on Saturday 8th November.

The Black Belt Pre-Test and Grading will be held in GMAC Livingston and take place according to the following schedule;
Black Belt Pre-Test: Saturday 6th September 12 noon
Theory Test: Saturday 4th October 10am – 11am
Black Belt Grading Exam: Saturday 4th October 12 noon onwards
Those who wish to go forward for the pre-test should pick up information and application details via their instructor. The closing date for all applications in 30th August.
Due to unforeseen circumstances the West Lothian Open will now be held on SUNDAY 31st AUGUST.
The venue remains the same @ Armadale Academy, starting at 10am.

NEW _ Individual Entry Form WLO 2014
The 2014 North East Challenge Cup will take place on Sunday 21st September at Beach Leisure Centre, Sea Beach, Aberdeen, AB24 5NR.
This competition is open to Taekwon-Do Students only. There will be four individual and one team event contested; Pattern, Sparring, Special Technique, Power Test and Pre-Arranged Free Sparring.

GMAC Martial Arts would like to congratulate head instructor Mr. John McIlvaney on his recent promotion to 6th Degree. Mr. McIlvaney graded on Saturday 19th July under Grand Master MacCallum 9th Degree, President of ITF Scotland.
Mr. McIlvaney started his Taekwon-Do career under Mr. Brian Nelson 3rd in Wishaw in 1980. Next year (2015) marks his 35th year in Taekwon-Do. Mr. McIlvaney has had a long and prosperous career in Taekwon-Do, with successes in many national and international competitions, as well as success coaching the national team for 10 years helping many competitors to achieve European and World success.

The 2014 edition of the West Lothian Open is to once again be held at the Armadale Academy, Armadale, West Lothian on Saturday 30th August.
The competition is open to all GMAC students (inc. Kickboxing). Please download an entry form or alternatively pick once up at your next class. Entries must be received on or before 23rd August.
