These will run this year over two weeks this year;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Week 1 &#8211; Tuesday 1st to Thursday 3rd August<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Week 2 &#8211; Tuesday 8th to Thursday 10th August<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Booking can be made via our online shop <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/gmacmartialarts.onlineweb.shop\/browse\/catO5jJQ_461657.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>.
