Seven black belts from GMAC, head to the European Championships on Tuesday morning, to compete as part of the Scottish National Team, at the European Taekwon-Do Championships in Sofia, Bulgaria.<\/p>\n

The competitors have worked tirelessly over the past 6 months, working towards reaching these championships, and we wish them every success in the event.  <\/p>\n

They will compete in the following events;<\/p>\n

Hayden McAvoy<\/strong>: 1st Degree Pattern & -50kg Sparring<\/p>\n

Jay Jervis<\/strong>:  -68kg Sparring, Power & Junior Male Team<\/p>\n

Sarah Curtis<\/strong>:  Special Technique & Senior Female Team<\/p>\n

Jason Munro<\/strong>: 3rd Degree Pattern & Senior Male Team<\/p>\n

Megan Brown<\/strong>:  -56kg Sparring & Senior Female Team<\/p>\n

Iain O’Hare<\/strong>:  -70kg Sparring & Senior Male Team<\/p>\n
