\"img_8004\"<\/a>The third, and last in this years Inter Club series takes place this coming Sunday the 9th October at GMAC Martial Arts in Livingston.<\/p>\n

The following schedule is in place for competitors;<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

10am – 12 noon: \u00a08 years & under<\/strong><\/h5>\n
12 noon – 2pm: \u00a09 years & over<\/strong><\/h5>\n

 <\/p>\n

All black belts should be in attendance to umpire, assist and support our junior students on the day. \u00a0Please wear your GMAC Umpire Polo’s and black trousers.
\nIf you haven’t already entered, don’t worry theres still time to do so. \u00a0Please complete an application form and return it to your instructor by Thursday evening to take part!<\/p>\n
