\"IMG_1554\"<\/a>GMAC Martial Arts would like to congratulate head instructor Mr. John McIlvaney on his recent promotion to 6th Degree. \u00a0Mr. McIlvaney graded on Saturday 19th July under Grand Master MacCallum 9th Degree, President of ITF Scotland.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Mr. McIlvaney started his Taekwon-Do career under Mr. Brian Nelson 3rd in Wishaw in 1980. \u00a0Next year (2015) marks his 35th year in Taekwon-Do. \u00a0Mr. McIlvaney has had a long and prosperous career in Taekwon-Do, with successes in many national and international competitions, as well as success coaching the national team for 10 years helping\u00a0many competitors to achieve European and World success.<\/p>\n
