“We are ‘tool using apes’. \u00a0You wouldn’t try to strip down an engine using just your fingers, you would use tools. \u00a0So why do people treat self defence differently? \u00a0On this seminar we’ll explore the use of everyday items as defensive tools. \u00a0You’ll need to bring a couple of things with you; a magazine, a dog leash\/bandana\/length of rope (we’ll supply the other items). \u00a0The methods we’ll cover will slot right into whatever style you currently practice.”
