On Sunday May 12th Mr Mark Davies (founder of Tactical Edge) will be conducting a seminar at GMac Martial Arts in Livingston.

We’ll be working on Combative training for personal defence. Over the course of 4 hours we’ll explore attribute development drills, pad drills for self defence, & applied self defence against common forms of attack. This seminar is open to ANY martial artists from ANY style or group!

Venue:  GMAC Livingston

Time: 10am – 3pm (with short lunch break)

Age:  Open to 14 years plus.

Dress:  This is not a TKD only seminar, please wear casual clothing.  No denim/football tops.
