GMAC Black Belt Pre-Test Examination – 22nd March 2014
The next GMAC Black Belt Pre-Test will take place at GMAC Martial Arts, Livingston at 12noon on Saturday 22nd March. All those wishing to go forward for the Black Belt Grading on 10th May must attend a pre-test in advance. Applications must be submitted on or before 16th March. Â See your instructor for forms.

Seminar with Master Wallace 7th Degree – 15th March 2014
A technical seminar with Master Gordon Wallace 7th Degree is being held at The Hub Sports, Easterhouse Glasgow on Saturday 15th March from 11am – 3pm. ITA Cork Open Success!
GMAC took a small contingent of competitors to the Irish Taekwon-Do Association’s Cork Open over the weekend of 15th & 16th February.
