North East Challenge Cup – 21st Sept
The 2014 North East Challenge Cup will take place on Sunday 21st September at Beach Leisure Centre, Sea Beach, Aberdeen, AB24 5NR. This competition is open to Taekwon-Do Students only.  There will be four individual and one team event contested; Pattern, Sparring, Special Technique, Power Test and Pre-Arranged Free Sparring. Congratulations 6th Degree!
GMAC Martial Arts would like to congratulate head instructor Mr. John McIlvaney on his recent promotion to 6th Degree. Â Mr. McIlvaney graded on Saturday 19th July under Grand Master MacCallum 9th Degree, President of ITF Scotland. Mr. McIlvaney started his Taekwon-Do career under Mr. Brian Nelson 3rd in Wishaw in 1980. Â Next year (2015)
